Print the form at the link below (You will need Adobe Reader to view and print the dealer application form download it here.)

Fill out the form completely

Fax or mail the form, along with a copy of your business license and/or FFL, to us.
It takes about 2 business days to process each dealer request. If you have not heard from us within 2 days, please give us a call, or email us.
Also, please be sure to send the form back in with your FFL or business license. If we do not receive the dealer application form, it could cause a delay in the process, or you may have to resubmit your application.
